Nothing that I didn't like.

Within short walking distance to Zabi Dwor Eatery, where you can have lunch. Proximity to aqua park zakopane, it was only 1 mile away. We liked tatra chalet. The hotel was not far from Zakopane train station.

The staff was amazing, always polite and friendly. the breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a variety of dishes. the location was perfect for hiking, with easy access to the mountains and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna after a long day of hiking.
We were a bit disappointed with the view from the balcony advertised as a mountain view, but it required turning 90 degrees to get the mountain view, and the hot water turned cold when we filled up only a little water. Finally, the additional charge for dinner was not shown, although we didn't request it.

However, the location of the hotel was ideal, being near a park entrance and close to hiking trails. Additionally, the hotel was away from the busy town center, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The "standard" room was too small and uncomfortable, with a cramped bed and no side tables.

We had a fantastic Christmas holiday! The hotel offered complimentary mulled wine and hot cocoa, which was perfect for the holiday season. The hotel was located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the outdoor ice skating rink nearby. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with beautiful mountain views. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The Wi-fi was a bit spotty, which made it difficult to stay connected. We also found the breakfast menu to be a bit limited and would have appreciated more options.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat nestled in a picturesque area surrounded by beautiful parklands. the location advantage adds to the allure of this venue. My room had exclusive amenities that added to my comfort, including access to private facilities. the breakfast exceeded all expectations, with a well-rounded selection of fresh produce and a high level of service that was very much appreciated.
The only minor issue encountered was service related. Although staff were accommodating, there was a lack of communication regarding building renovations that resulted in early morning noise disturbance.

The hotel facilities, including the private sauna and jacuzzi, were remarkable. The hotel staff was polite and helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was not too close to the busy city center but still conveniently located near the National Park and a fantastic restaurant called "Jabi Dwor." The breakfast was also excellent, and we enjoyed it a lot.

We had a great Easter weekend in a hotel located near a beautiful park entrance. The staff provided excellent, personalized service, and the food was amazing, with reasonable prices. We enjoyed lounging in the hot tub with a gorgeous view.
The hotel was a bit far from town, about a 20-minute uphill walk. Taxis could be pricey, and sometimes the kitchen didn't get the orders right.

During my stay at Tatra Chalet, I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The modern interior of the chalet was absolutely stunning, and every detail, from the toiletries to the bed linens, was of excellent quality. I decided to order room service several times, and each meal was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The staff at Tatra Chalet were warm, attentive, and sincerely went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. The private hot tub and sauna were a true luxury, providing the perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking in the Tatra Mountains. The location of the chalet was also ideal, with easy access to the main park entrance and numerous hiking trails. I cannot recommend Tatra Chalet enough for anyone seeking the ultimate relaxation and escape. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.
